Kirn Estates

Sector: Estate Agent

Project: Bespoke Mobile Friendly Estate Agent Website Design & Property Management System

The Challenge: We was contacted by Kirn Estates and asked if we could help them out with creating them a new website. They currently had a website that was outdated and needed a more up to date fully responsive estate agent website that would bring their online presence up to date. They had contacted other estate agent web design companies but found their prices to be outside their budget. So we worked with them to provide them with a competitive affordable quote.

The Result: We created kirn estates a fully responsive estate agent website that now lets them compete with their competitors, we not only designed them a bespoke property website design but also created a fully functional property management system that now lets them fully manage their properties from within their own admin interface. As well as all this they wanted to link the website to rightmove and zoopla, as well as the property company Vebra using API. So we built all this into the back end of the property website and it now automatically populates their new website with all their properties from Vebra. Any changes they make to their listings on Vebra now automatically update on there website as well as rightmove and zoopla.
